I got a mail today by that subject which was addressed to all the graduate students at Rutgers. I ignored it the first time (of course coz I am not stressed) but then my department secretary forward the same mail to every one in the department. Seeing the same mail again pushed my stress levels over the edge and I decided to read the mail. Here is what it read,
"listen to music, kick box, and learn about healthy ways to manage your stress."
I didn't know kick boxing was a healthy way to manage stress. Beware people I might just kick box next time you stress me out.
